Return & Refund Policy 
 

01 - OVERVIEW 

At B-HIM Medico, we take pride in the quality and integrity of every product we deliver. We understand that your trust is paramount, and we have crafted this policy to be transparent, fair, and straightforward. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. 

02 - ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN 

A return request will only be considered under the following conditions: 

  • The product is completely unopened and in its original, sealed packaging. 

  • The product is untampered - seals, shrink wrap, and packaging must be fully intact. 

  • The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery. 

  • The item is in the same condition as received, with all original inserts and accessories. 

Important: Any product that has been opened, used, tampered with, or whose original seal has been broken will not be eligible for return or refund under any circumstance. 

03 - RETURN APPROVAL PROCESS 

All return requests are subject to prior written approval from B-HIM Medico. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued for such shipments. 

Step 1: Raise a return request by writing to us at support@bhimmedico.com with your order ID and reason for return.  

Step 2: Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.  

Step 3: Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and return shipping instructions.  

Step 4: Ship the product only after receiving the RAN. Returns without a valid RAN will be rejected. Step 5: Once we receive and inspect the product, the refund process will be initiated. 

04 - SHIPPING CHARGES 

Shipping Deduction Policy: Both the original delivery charges and the return shipping charges (To & Fro) will be deducted from the final refund amount. The customer is responsible for ensuring the product is returned safely and in its original condition. 

B-HIM Medico is not liable for any loss or damage of the product during transit on return. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns. 

05 - REFUND TIMELINE 

  • Return received & inspected: 1-2 business days 

  • Refund approval communicated: 1 business day 

  • Refund credited to original payment method: 5-7 business days 

06 - NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS 

  • Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed. 

  • Products with broken seals, damaged packaging, or missing components. 

  • Products purchased during a sale, promotion, or at a discounted price (unless defective). 

  • Products returned without a valid Return Authorisation Number (RAN). 

  • Products that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage by the customer.
