Dr. Mohit Goyal
Co-Founder & Chief Medical Officer
A highly specialised neurosurgeon with postgraduate qualifications in MS, MCh, and DrNB Neurosurgery, and an international fellowship training portfolio spanning four countries. He completed advanced fellowships in Minimally Invasive Neurosurgery at the Charlie Teo Foundation in Sydney, Neurological Microsurgery at Toronto University, and further subspecialty training in neuro-endoscopy and interventional pain management in India.
Dr. Mohit co-founded BHIM Medico after observing, in clinical practice, how consistently men's pain, neurological, and physical health conditions went unaddressed until they became severe. He leads all clinical protocols, surgical advisory programs, and the interventional pain management framework at BHIM Medico.

Dr. Shivani Shah Goyal
Co-Founder & Chief Clinical Officer
A board-certified psychiatrist with 8+ years of clinical experience. Completed her MBBS from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences and her MD in Psychiatry in Mumbai, with a specialisation fellowship in De-addiction Psychiatry from KEM Hospital, Mumbai. She is the first clinician to introduce r-TMS (Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) in South Gujarat — an advanced modality for treatment-resistant depression, OCD, and neurological conditions.
Dr. Shivani co-founded BHIM Medico with the conviction that psychological barriers — performance anxiety, shame, stress, and addiction — are as clinically significant as the physical conditions they accompany. She leads the psychiatric clinical framework at BHIM Medico and practices at STHAVIR Advance Psychiatry Center, Vesu, Surat. Her 3C approach — Caring, Compassionate, Confidential — is embedded into every patient interaction at BHIM Medico.
